Worked on the hmcts/opal-fines-service repository to deliver an enforcement override filtering feature for the Results API, enabling more granular retrieval of results based on enforcement status. Updated both the ResultController and ResultService components using Java and Spring, and expanded integration test coverage with JUnit to ensure backward compatibility and robust scenario handling. Addressed Gradle v10 compatibility warnings and improved the stability of the continuous integration environment. Additionally, updated the API contract to treat result identifiers as strings in the reference data specification. The work focused on backend development, emphasizing maintainability and alignment with evolving business requirements.
