Worked on stabilizing the test and release workflow for the sveltejs/kit repository by upgrading Playwright to version 1.51.1 and ensuring consistent test behavior across multiple packages. Addressed test flakiness and improved CI reliability by propagating dependency changes and making targeted adjustments to test files, resulting in more dependable and faster feedback loops during development. Focused on dependency management and test automation using JavaScript, with an emphasis on maintaining consistency throughout a multi-package codebase. The work enhanced the overall stability of the repository’s test suites, supporting safer releases and more efficient development cycles without introducing new bugs during the process.
