Replaced ngx-chips with a custom label management solution, updating inputs and tests and simplifying the EditEntityModalComponent. Performed UI polish and cleanup (active dropdown state styling, removal of unused imports) to reduce warnings and accelerate development. Also stabilized the UI and build process by addressing UI warnings during dev server startups. Collectively, these changes improve data integrity, user efficiency, and maintainability, with measurable business value in faster issue triage and lower maintenance costs.
