Developed a new API method for the XTLS/Xray-core repository, focusing on enhancing routing management by enabling users to retrieve and list existing routing rules. The ListRule method was implemented using Go and gRPC, aligning with established routing service patterns to ensure consistency and extensibility. This addition improved the usability and observability of the routing service, making it more automation-ready and laying the foundation for future enhancements such as rule auditing and tooling integration. The work was delivered with clear traceability through a dedicated commit and pull request, supporting efficient code review and streamlined rollout within the project’s workflow.
