Developed a foundational survey data collection capability for the ctc-uci/cch repository, focusing on database design and SQL implementation. Built and integrated a new SQL table, 'random_survey_table', to capture survey responses, including quality metrics, user experience feedback, and case manager associations. This work established an analytics-ready infrastructure that enables systematic monitoring and analysis of user feedback, supporting data-driven improvements to user experience and service outcomes. The approach emphasized robust schema design to ensure data integrity and future extensibility. Over the course of one month, the developer concentrated on backend data architecture, laying groundwork for ongoing feedback-driven enhancements.
