Developed an end-to-end document chunk processing capability, focusing on both backend services and a robust frontend UI for chunk management. Leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, work in the bena-sudo/rag2daw2025 and rag2daw2025frontend repositories included designing and aligning Data Transfer Objects, implementing a service layer with full CRUD operations, and centralizing exception handling for reliability. The frontend overhaul introduced dynamic filtering, pagination, and improved UI/UX, while backend enhancements emphasized data integrity and security. Additional efforts addressed REST compatibility, bug fixes, and security routing, resulting in a maintainable, secure, and testable system for document chunk lifecycle management.
