Backend groundwork established for end-to-end management with a robust database schema and CRUD scaffolding (questions, questionnaires, answers, documents, statuses). Security hardened with role-based access control across controller endpoints. Codebase simplification completed by deprecating the Questionnaire Results feature, along with deployment/config fixes to improve stability (cascade drops for schema changes). These changes reduce manual effort, improve governance, and enable data-driven decision making for accreditation programs.
