Worked on the DaoCloud/dce-charts-repackage repository to deliver a major upgrade of the Topohub Helm chart, moving from version 0.5.0 to 0.6.0. This involved updating all version references in Chart.yaml, values.yaml, and related metadata, ensuring consistency across deployment artifacts. The project included a deployment configuration refactor, simplifying file browser settings and removing deprecated node affinity to better align with current Kubernetes deployment practices. Using Helm, Kubernetes, and Shell scripting, the work improved deployment reliability and maintainability, preparing the codebase for smoother future upgrades and reducing technical debt associated with outdated configuration patterns and legacy settings.
