Developed an email template system for the neighbor-connect repository, focusing on backend development and email services using Python and HTML. The work involved refactoring the existing email sending process to utilize HTML templates, introducing a create_email_template function to ensure consistent structure across various email types. This approach improved the readability and copyability of user emails, enhancing the overall user experience. By establishing a scalable templating foundation, the project now supports easier expansion for future communication needs.
