Worked on the cloudfoundry/bosh-azure-cpi-release repository to deliver enforcement of Azure Standard SKU Public IPs, removing support for Basic SKU addresses and updating infrastructure definitions accordingly. Used Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles to introduce new configuration files and ensure all public IP resources align with Azure best practices. Leveraged Bash and YAML to automate deployment and configuration changes, focusing on improving operational reliability and simplifying resource management. The work reduced complexity by standardizing resource types, enhanced performance, and ensured compliance with Azure recommendations, reflecting a methodical approach to infrastructure modernization and continuous integration within a cloud-native environment.
