During November 2024, E21245 enhanced the cepdnaclk/people.ce.pdn.ac.lk repository by developing a user profile enrichment feature using HTML and front-end development skills. This work introduced new fields for preferred names, contact information, location, professional interests, and integrated LinkedIn and GitHub profile links, enabling richer personalization and improved searchability across user profiles. E21245 updated both the data model and user interface to support these additions, ensuring seamless integration with existing flows. No major bugs were reported, and incremental fixes maintained stability. The depth of the work focused on expanding user data representation while preserving code quality and maintainability throughout the process.
