Worked on the espressif/esp-video-components repository, focusing on enhancing the reliability of embedded systems through targeted bug fixes. Addressed a critical issue in the SCCB device cleanup process by correcting an array bounds check within the destroy_sccb_device function, specifically when the OPTIMIZATION_SIZE compile option is enabled. This solution involved iterating through all potential device indices to ensure comprehensive resource cleanup, thereby preventing leaks and crashes in optimized builds. Updated the component version and changelog to document the fix. Utilized C programming and embedded systems expertise to deliver a robust update that improved stability in resource-constrained environments.
