Developed a targeted frontend feature for the NASA-IMPACT/veda-ui repository, focusing on enhancing user experience in search-heavy workflows. Implemented search pagination with a filter-aware page reset, ensuring that when users adjust filters, the current page automatically resets to the first page to prevent confusion and stale results. This approach streamlined navigation across large result sets and aligned with product goals for clarity and efficiency. The work was delivered as a focused, maintainable change with clear commit practices, utilizing React for component structure and JavaScript and TypeScript for robust, type-safe logic in the user interface layer. No bug fixes were recorded.
