Developed the foundational Business Registration and Management REST API for the tripmate repository, establishing the core backend data access layer for business entities. Leveraged Java, Spring Boot, and JPA Repository to implement endpoints supporting business onboarding and lifecycle management. Designed a repository interface enabling searches for businesses by email, category, and name, as well as checks for existence and active status, supporting reliable entity management. The work focused on creating scalable API scaffolding to facilitate future platform workflows. All changes were linked to a specific commit for traceability, reflecting a methodical approach to backend development and maintainable code structure.
