Worked on the nf-core/website repository to improve the reliability of documentation testing by standardizing test data path resolution. Addressed a recurring issue where inconsistent test data paths caused tutorial CI and test failures, implementing a targeted fix that ensures all documentation test data paths now prepend a common base path. This change was delivered through a minimal update, focusing on configuration and documentation practices to streamline maintenance and reduce errors. Utilized Groovy for scripting and Markdown for documentation updates, demonstrating attention to detail in configuration management and documentation workflows. The work enhanced the stability of tutorial testing without introducing new features.
