Contributed to the falkowp/IWO25L repository by defining and documenting two core workflows over a two-month period. Developed a comprehensive archiving metadata use case, outlining both successful and failure scenarios, and established supporting data structures for Administrator and Metadata to enhance lifecycle management. Additionally, authored detailed documentation for the user submission acceptance process, clarifying main and alternative flows while modeling submission data structures. All work was delivered in Markdown and plain text, emphasizing use case definition, technical writing, and process modeling. These contributions reduced ambiguity, accelerated onboarding, and provided a foundation for future automation, testing, and governance within the project.

In April 2025, delivered a new Archiving metadata use case for PU016 within the falkowp/IWO25L repository. The work defines the archiving workflow with a primary scenario plus explicit success and failure paths (e.g., successful archiving, already archived, and cancelled operations). It also includes data structures for Administrator and Metadata to support robust metadata lifecycle management and auditing.
