Worked on modernizing the RWTH-EBC/AixLib repository by developing a conversion script to upgrade the library from version 2.1.1 to 2.3.0. Focused on automating the migration process, the script handled element conversions for BoilerCHP BaseClasses and updated the package.mo file to register the new conversion pathway. Leveraged skills in scripting, library management, and version control to ensure compatibility with the latest AixLib release. This work established a repeatable upgrade process, reducing manual effort for future migrations and supporting ongoing library maintenance. The solution was implemented in Modelica, emphasizing maintainability and ease of adoption for future development cycles.
