The approach involved removing the legacy genesis.yml workflow, which previously handled scheduled quality checks, to align with a new CI/CD and QA strategy. Leveraging GitHub Actions and YAML, the changes improved deployment readiness and clarified ownership of QA gates across multiple repositories. Commit-driven updates ensured traceability and supported future audits or rollbacks. This work demonstrated effective workflow automation and cross-repo coordination, resulting in more efficient CI/CD processes and reduced operational complexity for ongoing development.
