Worked on cross-repository CI/CD workflow cleanup for razorpay/blade, razorpay/i18nify, and razorpay/razorpay-mcp-server, focusing on streamlining deployment pipelines and reducing maintenance overhead. The approach involved removing the legacy genesis.yml workflow, which previously handled scheduled quality checks, to align with a new CI/CD and QA strategy. Leveraging GitHub Actions and YAML, the changes improved deployment readiness and clarified ownership of QA gates across multiple repositories. Commit-driven updates ensured traceability and supported future audits or rollbacks. This work demonstrated effective workflow automation and cross-repo coordination, resulting in more efficient CI/CD processes and reduced operational complexity for ongoing development.
