Developed Bash and Python scripts to automate project initialization, including dependency installation, environment variable loading, database migrations, and remote database copying. Consolidated server startup processes by introducing a unified script that manages both Django backend and frontend development servers, featuring enhanced argument parsing and virtual environment support. These automation and environment management improvements reduced setup friction for new and existing developers, enabling faster feature delivery and minimizing configuration drift.
