Delivered Quality and Performance Evaluation reports for FISIOFIND (PPL deliverable) and updated sprint reports to reflect correct sprint numbering. Improved patient history fetch error handling by returning 400 Bad Request on exceptions, reducing user-facing failures. These outcomes enhance user experience for clinicians, improve data quality, and support more reliable sprint planning and QA governance.
