Worked on the Shopify/ui-extensions repository to deliver a new editable property for the Cart API and the useCartEditable hook, enhancing in-cart editing workflows for storefronts. Leveraged JavaScript, TypeScript, and tsx to implement these features, focusing on API development and UI extension integration. Updated documentation, JavaScript and React examples, and release notes to ensure clarity and ease of adoption for other developers. This work strengthened the flexibility of cart customization within Shopify’s UI Extensions, enabling more dynamic storefront integrations and improving the overall developer experience for those building on the platform. No bug fixes were recorded during this period.
