Worked on the KB-iGOT/sunbird-devops repository over two months, focusing on API standardization and deployment workflow improvements. Delivered the Wall of Fame Leaderboard API, introducing endpoints for reading leaderboards and tracking top learners, while ensuring naming consistency by renaming hallOfFame to wallOfFame across Ansible roles and API configurations. Implemented Kong API wrappers for Private Content and System Updates, integrating security measures such as JWT, CORS, ACL, rate limiting, and request-size limits. Used YAML for configuration and leveraged DevOps practices to enhance maintainability, streamline analytics features, and enforce consistent, secure API gateway configurations throughout the system.
