Worked on the uutils/coreutils-l10n repository to address a targeted localization issue affecting Brazilian Portuguese users. Focused on refining the pt-BR translation for the arch command by correcting capitalization to align with established localization guidelines and ensure consistency across the translation set. Utilized localization skills and the Fluent Translation Language (ftl) format to implement the fix, which improved the clarity and professionalism of the user interface for pt-BR speakers. The work involved careful attention to linguistic detail and adherence to community standards, resulting in a single bug fix that enhanced the overall quality of the localized command output.
