Worked on stabilizing the Cuttlefish boot workflow within the google/clusterfuzz repository, focusing on resolving a critical reliability issue affecting automated CI pipelines. Addressed persistent boot-time failures by increasing the file descriptor limit in the launch_cvd script, which eliminated the 'Too many open files' error during SSH-triggered launches. This solution, implemented using shell scripting and system administration skills, ensured more reliable and maintainable automated boot processes. The work was delivered as a focused, traceable patch in version control, demonstrating disciplined engineering practices and effective cross-repository collaboration. Python was also utilized as part of the broader development and automation environment.
