During November 2025, Pagwin enhanced the PrismLauncher repository by delivering a major update to the Mod Loader user experience. Using C++ and the Qt framework, Pagwin implemented an install dialog and improved handling for missing mod loaders, refactoring the codebase to ensure safer mod loader operations. The work included fixing a crash that occurred when users canceled the mod loader dialog from the no-loader path, directly improving UI stability and reliability. By focusing on UI development and UX design, Pagwin reduced user friction and support needs, demonstrating thoughtful attention to code quality, safety checks, and adherence to project conventions.
