Worked on the Cray-HPE/container-images repository to deliver a feature focused on updating Velero components and enhancing CI/CD workflows. Updated Velero core to v1.16.1, integrated the AWS plugin v1.12.1 and restore helper v1.15.1, and ensured these versions were included in the automated build process via images.mk. Developed new Dockerfiles and GitHub Actions workflows to streamline the build and release of Velero components, emphasizing automation and reproducibility. Leveraged skills in CI/CD, DevOps, and Docker, with work primarily involving Dockerfile and Makefile languages. No bugs were reported, reflecting a stable release process and improved workflow reliability.
