
Worked on the NVIDIA/dbus-sensors repository to deliver support for the TMP411 temperature sensor, expanding hardware monitoring capabilities for Nvidia-based systems. The approach involved updating the I2CDeviceTypeMap in C++ to allow the HwmonTempSensor daemon to recognize and initialize TMP411 sensors, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. Live system testing was performed to validate sensor initialization and detection, confirming compatibility and preventing regressions in sensor discovery. This work leveraged skills in device driver integration, embedded systems, and hardware monitoring, ultimately improving data reliability and system health visibility for operators by broadening the range of supported sensors within the monitoring infrastructure.
