Developed a standardized issue template for the Altzone repository to improve task definition and governance. The work focused on creating a battle-task.md file using Markdown, introducing structured sections for task descriptions, expected behaviors—including both normal operations and exceptions—and detailed implementation notes. The template incorporated markdown checkboxes to facilitate tracking of requirements and steps, supporting more consistent task intake and better traceability. By leveraging skills in issue template creation and documentation, this contribution enhanced task planning, streamlined onboarding, and aligned engineering processes with product goals. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature development and process improvement.
