Developed an enhanced BPMN/Spiff workflow for the equipli repository, focusing on automating lending, reservation, and return processes. Introduced new BPMN process definitions to support cancellation confirmations, check-out proxies, overdue item handling, lending confirmations, and return reminders. The work emphasized process automation and workflow design, with careful attention to error handling and accurate status updates throughout the lending lifecycle. Refactored existing BPMN files to improve data flow clarity and implemented robust conditional logic to streamline reservation and return paths. The approach prioritized maintainability and reliability, leveraging BPMN and process design skills to deliver a more resilient workflow automation solution.
