Worked on firmware enhancements for the Wiwynn/OpenBIC and facebook/OpenBIC repositories, focusing on embedded systems and device driver development using C. Delivered a feature enabling selectable actions for the FRB2/OS Load Watchdog Timer, allowing system administrators to choose between no action, hard reset, power down, or power cycle, with integrated event logging to the BMC for improved system monitoring and recovery. Later, implemented Realtek I3C Hub support for the YV4 Sentinel platform by adding initialization routines and hub-type detection, facilitating multi-vendor compatibility. All features were delivered with build verification and code review, emphasizing reliability and maintainability in firmware development.
