Developed a manual-run icon feature for the Harness UI component library, focusing on enhancing operator experience by enabling manual triggering of workflows and pipelines directly from the user interface. The work involved adding a new SVG asset and updating HarnessIcons.ts within the harness/uicore repository, ensuring seamless integration with the existing design system and iconography standards. Leveraging front-end development skills with TypeScript and SVG, the implementation maintained strong code quality and traceability through clear commit messages and linkage to PIPE-29051. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on UI consistency and maintainability for future icon-driven actions.
