Worked on the acm-ucr/csa-website repository to enhance the Board UI by standardizing component naming for improved clarity and maintainability. The developer refactored the component previously named 'webp' to 'Board' and updated the navigation tag accordingly, ensuring consistency across the user interface without altering existing functionality. This change was implemented through targeted updates to Board.tsx and navBarData.ts, using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. The approach focused on preserving user experience while preparing the codebase for future enhancements related to the Board feature. No bugs were addressed during this period, and the work centered on front end development best practices.
