Focused on community management and documentation, the work included drafting a Code of Conduct, CONTRIBUTING guidelines, a LICENSE under Apache 2.0, a README.md template, and a SECURITY.md policy, all written in Markdown. These artifacts set up clear contribution workflows and ensured license compliance, enabling transparent and scalable collaboration. The technical approach emphasized open source best practices and streamlined onboarding for external contributors, laying the groundwork for compliant project growth and making it easier for new developers to participate in the project.
