Using Markdown and technical writing skills, Sehgeetk updated the README to provide a comprehensive overview, aligned workflow references, and introduced a workflow visualization image to clarify the analysis process. Asset management was improved by adding new files and renaming images for clarity, supporting better version control and traceability. Although no bugs were fixed during this period, the work provided a stronger foundation for future pipeline enhancements and reduced confusion for new users engaging with the repository.
