During October 2024, Kiran developed a complete LED demonstration project using KiCad for the formulaslug/fs-3-intro-projects repository, focusing on hardware prototyping and rapid validation. The work involved designing the schematic and PCB layout, defining footprints and connections for an LED, resistor, and battery cell, and configuring the project for immediate use in prototyping workflows. Leveraging skills in Electronics Engineering, KiCad, and PCB Design, Kiran enabled stakeholders to quickly demonstrate and validate hardware concepts. The project addressed the need for a ready-to-use prototyping platform, with depth in schematic capture and layout, though no explicit bug fixes were reported this month.
