Worked on the algorandfoundation/devportal repository to revamp documentation issue templates and enhance routing for user feedback. Consolidated existing templates, introduced a dedicated Documentation Feedback template, and removed outdated options to streamline the issue intake process. Updated labeling conventions to distinguish between documentation and enhancement requests, improving the accuracy of issue classification and reducing triage time. Leveraged Markdown for template authoring and applied documentation management and issue tracking skills to ensure feedback is directed to the appropriate team. The changes addressed misclassification problems and improved reporting accuracy, resulting in a more efficient workflow for handling documentation-related issues and user submissions.
