During April 2025, contributed to the lshaowei18/posthog repository by implementing sorting functionality for the Funnels detailed results table. This work focused on enhancing data exploration by allowing users to sort table columns by breakdown values, conversion rates, and time-based metrics. The technical approach involved adding custom sorter functions to the relevant table columns and updating snapshot tests to ensure the new sortable structure was accurately reflected. Utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, the changes improved the user experience for funnel analysis and increased test coverage, supporting more efficient data visualization and frontend workflows within the project’s UI/UX development scope.
