During July 2025, Angel Arturo Alburquerque Rangel developed a recurring deposit closure feature for the openMF/web-app repository, enabling users to transfer funds directly to a linked savings account upon closure. He implemented a dynamic Angular-based UI that conditionally displays and validates form fields for account selection and transfer descriptions, depending on the user’s chosen closure option. Using TypeScript and HTML, Angel ensured robust input validation to minimize user errors and backend reconciliation issues. He also addressed a critical bug in the recurrent deposit flow, collaborating closely with QA to verify the end-to-end process and document behavioral changes for stakeholders.
