Delivered two new informational features by updating Markdown-based README files to add NorthMark Strategies’ Graduate Engineering Program and Engineering Intern Program listings, both clearly marked as non-sponsor roles. The approach centered on maintaining up-to-date postings and automating days-since counters, reducing manual maintenance for hiring cycles. No application logic was modified, as the work emphasized content accuracy and candidate experience. Utilized Markdown and documentation best practices to ensure clarity, consistency, and ease of navigation for prospective applicants.
