
Over a three-month period, contributed to the folio-org/folio-integration-tests repository by building and refining Eureka-based integration testing across multiple modules in the Folio platform. Focused on backend development and test automation, the work included migrating legacy test suites to Eureka environments, expanding feature coverage for modules such as mod-copycat, mod-calendar, and consortia management, and improving configuration management for reliable API testing. Leveraged Java, Gherkin, and Karate DSL to enhance test stability, streamline test flows, and reduce maintenance overhead. Refactoring efforts and targeted bug fixes improved test reliability, accelerated regression cycles, and ensured alignment with evolving platform requirements and standards.
April 2025 delivered critical Eureka-based integration enhancements in folio-integration-tests, focusing on Consortia Management and related modules. Completed migration/refactor to enable Eureka-backed testing, updated API endpoints and parameter handling, and introduced new capability files while updating tenant and user setup. Also performed Linked Data integrity cleanup to align samples and validations with master branch changes, removing deprecated capabilities and refining resource matching logic. These efforts reduced maintenance overhead, improved test reliability, and accelerated integration validation.
