Focused on renaming the connectParams struct to SignalClientConnectParams, making it exportable without altering existing behavior or breaking backward compatibility. This targeted change clarified the API surface for clients integrating with the server SDK, streamlining onboarding and reducing friction for external developers. The work involved careful updates to documentation and code paths to ensure consistency and maintainability. Utilized Go for development, applying skills in SDK development and refactoring to deliver a more discoverable and accessible integration experience for users.
