Worked on the giftee/design-system repository to address UI consistency and stability, focusing on resolving grid layout inconsistencies that affected vertical spacing in grid table cells. Used CSS and SCSS to implement a targeted revert, restoring the original cell padding and minimizing risk to existing functionality. This disciplined approach limited the scope of changes, ensuring a stable and predictable grid appearance across components and breakpoints. By restoring visual alignment, the work improved downstream application consistency and enhanced both developer and user experience.
