Used Markdown and technical writing skills to consolidate salary transparency and pay band policies across more than ten senior roles, replacing static salary ranges with references to job advertisements and scheduling internal pay band reviews. Updated twelve handbook role pages, including a comprehensive rename and redefinition of the Senior Platform Support Engineer role to clarify responsibilities in managed service environments. These documentation changes improved internal mobility, reduced ambiguity for candidates and managers, and strengthened compensation governance without introducing new bugs.
