Worked on enhancing the user interface of the zed-industries/gemini-cli repository by delivering a comprehensive UI theme color scheme update. Focused on improving readability and accessibility, the work involved adjusting foreground and accent colors across multiple theme files to ensure better contrast and visual coherence. Refined the ThemeDialog component to make theme names more readable and aligned with accessibility guidelines, supporting clearer user interactions and reducing cognitive load. Utilized front end development skills with a strong emphasis on TypeScript and UI/UX design principles. These changes strengthened consistency with the design system and established a foundation for future theming improvements.
