During September 2025, Wangwanyue enhanced the user interface of the zed-industries/gemini-cli repository by delivering a comprehensive UI theme color scheme update. Focusing on front end development with TypeScript and UI/UX design principles, Wangwanyue adjusted foreground and accent colors across multiple theme files to improve readability and accessibility. The work included refining theme naming within the ThemeDialog component, aligning color choices with accessibility guidelines to reduce cognitive load and support clearer user interactions.
