During July 2025, Weepingclown focused on improving code quality within the geerlingguy/linux repository, specifically targeting the RTL8723BS driver. By addressing a style warning in the os_intfs.c file, Weepingclown removed unnecessary blank lines to align the codebase with kernel style guidelines and reduce continuous integration noise. This work, performed in C and leveraging skills in code refactoring and kernel development, enhanced code readability and maintainability without altering driver functionality. Although no new features were introduced, the targeted cleanup lowered the risk of future regressions and created a more stable foundation for subsequent feature development in the driver code.
