Worked on the OpenManus projects, delivering eight new features and resolving a critical bug across menloresearch/OpenManus and FoundationAgents/OpenManus repositories. Updated the default LLM and vision model to Claude-3-5-Sonnet, introduced asynchronous file I/O using Python and aiofiles, and enhanced prompt engineering for tool interactions. Improved browser tool configuration by adding output controls and max HTML length, while also localizing the UI to English for broader accessibility. Strengthened documentation and community assets, and addressed tool-handling reliability in the backend. The work demonstrated depth in backend development, asynchronous programming, and internationalization, leveraging Python, JavaScript, and HTML throughout the codebase.
