Worked on the codota/production-stack repository to enhance deployment readiness and configurability by introducing a conditional feature flag for vLLM v1. Leveraged configuration management and DevOps practices to enable the v1 feature through the VLLM_USE_V1 environment variable, which is dynamically set based on vllmConfig. Updated Helm chart artifacts, incrementing the version from 0.0.9 to 0.0.10, to improve release hygiene and streamline deployment processes. Utilized YAML for configuration changes and Helm for release management, focusing on maintainable, production-ready workflows. The work addressed both feature enablement and release process improvements within a one-month period, demonstrating depth in deployment engineering.
