Enhanced project initialization with disciplined commit hygiene, supporting reproducible builds and easier onboarding. Utilized Markdown and text-based workflows to manage documentation and requirements, while introducing features like task updates and a simple end-to-end demonstration. The work emphasized maintainable repository hygiene and efficient documentation management for future development scalability.
