During October 2024, Bingbing contributed to the bkeepers/vueuse repository by implementing ElementUI and ElementPlus breakpoint support within the useBreakpoints composable. This work involved defining and integrating new responsive breakpoints aligned with the design systems of both UI frameworks, using TypeScript and Vue.js. Bingbing documented and exported these breakpoints for reuse, streamlining responsive design across projects and reducing the need for custom breakpoint maintenance. The changes were backward-compatible, passed continuous integration checks, and required no bug fixes, reflecting careful engineering. This feature enhanced frontend development workflows by improving consistency and adaptability for teams leveraging ElementUI or ElementPlus in their Vue applications.
