Developed Kubernetes-native deployment support for the sourcebot-dev/sourcebot repository by introducing a Helm chart that enables repeatable, cluster-agnostic deployments with configurable parameters for services, ingress, and dependencies. Focused on DevOps best practices, the work emphasized operability, reliability, and scalable deployment patterns, using YAML to define customizable templates and default values. Comprehensive documentation was created to guide users through Helm chart customization and onboarding to Kubernetes clusters. While no critical bugs were addressed during this period, the contribution established a foundation for future CI/CD automation and improved deployment velocity, ensuring consistent environments and supporting scalable operations across diverse Kubernetes infrastructures.
